Tom Qualley is the CEO at Sovereign Select. After studying business in his hometown of Green Bay, Tom started his career working in the insurance industry where he specialized in health and life insurance for seniors. In 2009, Tom founded Sovereign Select to empower people on Medicare. Tom takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, while making it simple and easy to find quality healthcare solutions.

Brianna Thompson is a Licensed Agent and Customer Service Manager at Sovereign Select. Brianna has spent the past four years helping onboard individuals that are new to Medicare by offering expert advice and recommendations. In her spare time, Brianna enjoys participating in community events and spending time with her two boys.

He is a 2020 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology with an emphasis in Networking and Security. Born and raised in South Milwaukee, Ben enjoys sports, staying active, and traveling.

George is a Licensed Agent and Director of Development focused on supporting Sovereign Select’s independent agents and ensuring they have the resources they need to be successful. In 2012, George earned a Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He has more than two decades of customer service experience. George enjoys sports, family, and good food.

Petra, while also being a Licensed Agent, takes on the Administrative Assistant role here at Sovereign Select. After 20 years of customer service experience, she’s quick to help people out and make everyone around her feel comfortable and heard. She is at the helm of the office every day, assisting not only our agents in their tasks, but also on the phone with clients and customers who call in for help. When she’s not in the office, her spare time is spent with the 3 Loves of her Life: her friends, her family, and great movies!

Erin, a Licensed Agent who joined the Sovereign Select team in 2024, brings over a decade of experience in delivering exceptional customer service while guiding her clients through complex scenarios. Recognized for her integrity, she is deeply committed to her clients’ best interests. Originally from Cedarburg, WI, Erin studied abroad in South Africa before finishing her degree at UW-Milwaukee. Outside of work, she is a dedicated mom of two, enjoys hiking with her dog, gardening, and traveling internationally.
